Map the business, build around the priority, and put the system into use. You’ll meet with your dedicated engineer at least weekly and stay in touch asynchronously between calls.
WEEK 1
Map the business.
Meet your dedicated AI engineer for an in-depth onboarding call. Together, we’ll identify your biggest bottlenecks and start building a knowledge base from your existing tools and data, in your environment or HQ.
WEEK 2
Start building.
If GTM is the priority, we’ll work on your offer, funnel, and a repeatable system for reaching qualified leads. If it’s fulfillment, we’ll pinpoint the operational workflows holding you back. Your engineer starts building around that priority.
WEEKS 3–4
Develop the system.
Build on what we’ve learned and focus on the changes most likely to make a meaningful difference. Meet with your engineer at least weekly, with asynchronous contact between calls to keep the work moving.
WEEKS 5–6
Put it to work.
Test, refine, and implement the system in your business. We’ll train your team to use it and measure what changes, so the work carries into day-to-day operations.

You’ll be paired with a dedicated AI forward-deployed engineer who builds around your business priority. You and your team provide context, collaborate on decisions, and help test the system in real work.
What if our priority is growth rather than fulfillment?
We start with your biggest bottleneck. For GTM, Jacob works with you on your offer, funnel, and a repeatable system for reaching qualified leads. For fulfillment, your engineer focuses on the operational workflows holding you back.
How often will I meet with my engineer?
You’ll meet at least weekly and stay in touch asynchronously between calls. You’ll also have weekly group calls with Jacob and guests who have scaled agencies to seven and eight figures.
Does the system have to live in HQ?
No. Your knowledge base can live in your own environment or HQ. We’ll work from your existing tools and data. The cohort-only option does not include HQ; the bundle includes one year of HQ.
What happens if the system isn’t finished in six weeks?
We’ll build at least one new system for your business—or keep working until it’s finished.
What happens after the cohort?
You’ll move into an ongoing community with continued support and lifetime access to resources, recordings, and system templates.
